1. PARENT / SECURITY PASS

All parents are required to wear a Parent (Security) Pass to enter the school campus. 

Two (2) parent passes are issued free of charge. 

If a family requires an additional security pass for another family member or for one of their household staff to enter the school site, this can be arranged at a charge of B$30 per additional card. 

Please note, if you are an existing parent with children already in the school, please do not complete this form as you already have your parent and car pass.

ONLINE PARENT / SECURITY PASS APPLICATION FORM

*You will need to upload a passport style photo of each parent/ person applied for. Photos are needed in order to proceed the passes. 

Please note, if you forget your Parent Pass, you will need to register for the daily Visitor Pass as we do not permit entry to the school campus without a pass.

2. CAR PASS 

Every parent may apply for a Car Pass for their car, to enable access to the JIS campus.

Every family is entitled to two (2) car passes free of charge. Additional or replacement car passes (up to a maximum of 5) can be requested where a family member may be bringing children to school.

The charge for the additional or replacement car passes is B$20.

The car pass is updated every academic year. Parents will be sent information on how to renew by the Visitor Centre Team.
